The Art of Consciously Creating Life.

“Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.” ~ Roald Dahl

I must have believed in magic, because it found me. Discreetly cloaked in the mundane, it was nothing too extraordinary.

Yet just one fleeting flash of inspiration, sparked by a few paragraphs in an online article, and I found myself speaking aloud with conviction, the simplest of statements: I want to be like that.

The words had slipped past the gatekeeper of conscious thought and jumped straight out from the depths of my subconscious.

This declaration, charged with the sparks of hope and possibility, arose from a part of me with which I was unfamiliar: a core which held immense authority, strength, and power.

From that place of center, that true throne of my being, a decision had sprung forth.

While Dahl tells us in order to find magic we must first believe in its existence, Emerson implies that our decision is the catalyst that ignites the forces of the Universe to partner with us in our chosen endeavor, to collaborate… to become our playmate in a creative life.

Therein lies the magic.

It is impossible to see, feel, or experience anything in this life, in this world, unless one first believes in it. We will only ever experience that in which we not only believe but also choose.

Our decision, that essential confirmation of not only belief but heartfelt desire, becomes an energetic call to which the universal forces rush forth to meet. It is then that we gain entry to the magical space of alchemy, of being in co-creation with the Universe itself.

We all have the inherent ability to consciously create our experience of life.

You have the innate ability to consciously create the life you most desire.

We are, each and every one of us, powerful creators.

Every moment of every day, we are creating the world we experience and creating our experience of our world.

Facing the same frustrating and painful patterns in life, love, money and career over and over is a sign we have left our subconscious in the driver’s seat of our life unsupervised.

We are creating, but we are not consciously creating.

To live a life overflowing with love, joy, purpose, accomplishment, worth, to live a life in which our most cherished goals, dreams, and desires are realized — this is no illusion, no fantasy, no intangible idea floating in the aethers, nor mere words on a page.

To live a life fulfilled is the birthright of each and every one of us.

Although it may seem like magic, and does indeed feel quite magical, accessing the magic is simply becoming adept at using the imagination and creativity inherent in us all as human beings.

The expression of human skill combined with creative imagination is art.

Welcome to the art of consciously creating life.
