All you Rebelle Wellness Warriors, I’ve got a sexy, vegan cookbook for you.

Overflowing with libido-boosting smoothies, juices, salads, desserts, spirits, travel snacks and more – this is a vegan cookbook crafted for the body as your sexual temple. Let the sparks fly!

Recipes from the newly released vegan cookbook for better sex, “The Sexy Vegan Kitchen: Culinary Adventures In Love & Sex”:

*****

Banana, the Natural

Bananas transport our souls to far-flung tropical paradises, where our biological urges dominate. They contain bromelain, which increases libido and helps men suffering from impotence. Their potassium increases our orgasm muscles. In various regions of Central America, the sap from the red banana tree is drunk as an amorous elixir Thus, the naturally phallic banana will always reign supreme in our quest for sensual and sexual well-being.

Sweetly Raw Banana Pudding with Rose Water

Rose water, like chocolate, contains phenylethylamine, (that chemical that produces the feeling of post-coital bliss). What’s more, it’s great to use on your body – (think refreshing rosewater facial splash).

Sexy players: bananas, sexy spices

½ cup raw cashews, soaked

2 large bananas

ground cardamom, to taste

splash of rose water

Drain the cashews of water and blend the cashews and banana together. Spoon into two dishes and splash a little rosewater on each, then sprinkle with cardamom.

Potassium is a key nutrient for muscle strength, including your pelvic muscles. Think kegel exercises and bananas for more intense contractions when you orgasm.

Cacao, the Pleasure Seeker

Chocolate in its pure form, cacao, feeds the largest sex organ in our bodies – our minds. This bon vivant releases chemicals that give us a natural high and the same endorphins ignited by sex. Cacao’s magnesium is responsible for hormone production, while its zinc assists in fertility and reproductive health for both men and women. A couple of super sexy chemicals, phenethylamine and anandamide, are known for that fuzzy feeling associated with falling en amour. The pleasure seeker also increases serotonin, enhancing sexual desire and responsiveness, while increasing sensitivity to even the slightest caress.

Unrequited Chocolate-Chia-Oat Pudding

Cacao, chia & oats take center stage in this rich and creamy pudding, sure to boost any lagging libido and/or scorned lover.

Sexy players: chia, oats, cacao, vanilla, sexy spices

1 ½ cups coconut milk

2 T chia seeds

¼ cup rolled oats

3 T cacao powder

2-3 T pure maple syrup

½ t pure vanilla extract

dash of cinnamon

In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together until cacao powder is totally absorbed. Let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge or at room temperature – up to you. Scoop the rich, creamy pudding into two small bowls and eat slowly – with mindfulness and pleasure.

Give it to me Raw, Brownies

These are the perfect little treats to enjoy while being tied up, (perhaps to a terribly luxurious 4 – poster bed?) You may find your taste buds responding in a heightened fashion while being fed and lightly bitten.

Sexy players: dates, almonds, cacao, vanilla

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked

1 cup raw almonds

2 T raw cacao powder

1 t pure vanilla extract

a large pinch of sea salt

a splash of maple syrup, as needed for binding

In a food processor or high-speed blender, start processing the almonds and sea salt. When they turn into miniscule morsels, add in the dates, cacao powder and vanilla. Continue to mix until a dough-like consistency forms, adding maple syrup as needed. Shape the dough into little squares and refrigerate. Save for later or eat them now if you’re ready to get busy in the sac.

“To love or have loved, that is enough. Ask nothing further. There is no other pearl to be found in the dark folds of life.” ~ Victor Hugo

Date, the Dandy

Oozing with amino acids to support a healthy sex drive, dates are succulent and sexy. Like any proper dandy, they are ambiguously masculine AND feminine, reveling in their ability to take on whatever role is required at a given moment. The dandy also has the means to restore sexual drive, support endurance and promote overall sexual vitality.

Wistful Walnut-Pear Salad

Walnuts are excellent sources of omega – 3’s, which support your brain. The brain is our largest sex organ – so eat up!

2 pears, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup walnuts, halved and toasted over the stove

2 dates, pitted & chopped fine

2 cups salad greens of your choice

2 T balsamic vinegar

1 T Dijon mustard

sea salt, to taste

ground black pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together. Toss greens, pears, walnuts and dates in a large serving bowl. Mix in the dressing or serve on the side. Bon appétit!

Strawberries, the Coquettes

Strawberries are brimming with antioxidants that boost blood flow to the sex organs. The delicate little ‘heart nipples’ boast high levels of zinc, a sexual superstar of a nutrient that helps a woman’s body prepare itself for sex. It also governs the testosterone needed in a man for optimal sperm production.

Sweet & Innocent Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

This sweet smoothie will naturally satisfy your lover’s sweet tooth. Enjoy as a light dessert.

Sexy players: strawberries, citrus, vanilla, dates

3 cups frozen strawberries

1/2 t grated lemon rind

1 t pure vanilla extract

3 Medjool dates, seeded and torn into pieces

1/2 cup raw cashews

2 cups water

1/2 t stevia powder

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and combine well. Caressing, cuddling, kissing … these are equally as important as sex. If we focus only on the act of sex, it can become mechanical rather than spontaneous.
