My India adventure, the wonderful people I met, and the remarkable sites I saw were a great gift. I cannot imagine ever not practicing Reiki.

I hold the record now, with hands wrinkled from work and children and age, living a life in which you play no part. I hear the static crackle.

I can only express the sensation I had as a girl when I’d blow on dandelions. I felt connected to my papa. I didn’t have to apologize for it.

How do we know how someone will respond to our true selves unless we are courageous enough to actually reveal it to them?

I dedicate each day to awareness that life is a precious exchange of energy, and I consciously choose what I wish to expand.
